Why doesn't the coconut oil solidify at room temperature?

How do I use this and how long should I swish?
Measure 1 tablespoon of pulling oil and swish it gently between your teeth and gums first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Start with 3 to 5 minutes, and gradually increase to 10 to 15 minutes. Spit the oil into a trash can (do not swallow or spit in the sink to avoid clogged pipes) and rinse with warm water.
